Medical care

The main activities of the association are:
  • providing medical care at the Magbenteh Community Hospital close to Makeni
  • providing care to babies and children under the age of 5 who are suffering from malnutrition at the TFC in Magbenteh
  • the management of the Bai Bureh Memorial Hospital in Lungi.

Hopital TFC

The hospital and the TFC have a total of 200 beds today. Three Euoprean doctors, one of whom is specialised in tropical medicine, work there assisted by two local doctors.

The personnel of these two medical structures is about 130 people.

Bai Bureh Memorial Hospital in Lungi

This hospital has 50 beds and employs about 40 people.

The main doctor, Dr. Hassan Sesay, is assisted by Dr. David Koroma.
